I’m a shiatsu pracitioner and meditation teacher, working in many European countries, USA and Uruguay, where I organize spiritual retreats twice a year.

I trained extensively with a Shaman from the Caucasus (Dr Gregory Antyuhin, now living in USA) and with my dear Teacher, Pauline Sasaki of whom I made a documentary “The Human Potential” available in DVD.

My style of shiatsu is inspired in Pauline and Gregory’s teachings on the energetics of touch and  having a physical experience of Spirit, in order to anchor the subtleties of the Cosmos in our everyday lives. I recent years I’ve been interested and started practicing Dr Hamer’s 5 Biological Laws with great success also.  I’ve worked doing shiatsu on open-heart surgery patients at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in NYC with Dr Mehmet Oz (of Oprah and Friends).

Born and raised in Uruguay, lived in Spain, Italy, France and England for about 10 years. I lived 7 years in New York City before coming back home where I now live with my girlfriend, two daughters and my girlfriend’s son between Montevideo and La Pedrera, where I host intensive shiatsu and meditation retreats by the ocean.

I’m available for individual bodywork sessions and distance healing sessions.
